We deliver to all UK mainland addresses: While we strive to provide free delivery service to all, please note that this service is exclusive to mainland UK and does not include the postcodes: AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, KA, ZE, PO30-PO41, IM, JE, GY, BT, TR21-TR25.
Quality & Assurance
Inspection on arrival: Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive.
What if my item is damaged or faulty: It’s rare that a product arrives damaged, but it if does you can REFUSE to accept the delivery; just sign the drive’s delivery sheet “damages” and contact us to let us know. This way, your courier can return the product, and we can quickly dispatch a replacement.
If damage becomes apparent post-receipt or if there's a concealed defect, please promptly email us photos at team@KinderooSleep.com within 5 business days. Noting “Possible Concealed Damage” on the delivery receipt ensures extra protection. We will happily work with you to resolve the issue and refund or replace your order.

Changed your mind? No problem. From the day you receive your product, you have 30 days to initiate a return. To qualify:
The item must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags intact.

Damages, Issues, and Exchanges
Inspection: Upon delivery, take a moment to inspect your order. Any irregularities? Contact us straight away.
Damages & Faults: Though rare, mishaps can occur. If your product arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and record it as 'damaged' with the delivery service. If damages surface post-delivery or if there’s a concealed issue, notify us within 5 business days. Sending photos to team@KinderooSleep.com can expedite the process. Remember, noting “Possible Concealed Damage” upon receipt offers added assurance.
Exchanges: For the fastest turnaround, send back the original item (post-approval) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Post-inspection of your return, we'll keep you updated on the status of your refund. Once approved, the refund amount will revert to your original payment method. Be mindful that banks and credit card companies might take additional time to process the amount.
